Toilet paper holder necklace

I have a business making tutus and the tulle comes on rolls like a toilet paper roll so cut it into pieces and let her paint and glitter it then we put them on a yarn to make a necklace. Of course she painted herself a little and but then started to make finger and hand prints on the tubes.
