Leave Prints

Before we did our fall college from our camping trip, I taped the leaves to the a clipboard so they wouldn't move around and let H rub crayons on top of them to see the print. It was trail and era cause she was not rubbing hard enough but she finally got the hang of it. We talked about why the leaves change colors and fall out of the trees, and the different shapes and sizes of leaves. and we used a magnifying glass to see all the lines and veins in the leaf.
