G...I've come across the best idea for oatmeal! Get some whole rolled oats (cheaper), mix w/ an equal amount of yogurt & milk (eg 1/3C oats, 1/3C oatmeal, 1/3C milk), add seasonings and let sit in fridge o/n. In the morning you can warm it up for a few seconds in the microwave. I will often add a bit of honey, some vanilla and cinnamon. If you use flavored yogurt, you will get all sorts of yummy flavors.<br /><br />Seriously CREAMY and yummy and better for you (rolled oats aren't quick oats, so aren't processed as much and don't lose as many nutrients).
